In reply to NermalSnert :

does that mean you like it?

I want it to handle well, not just go fast (er)

if I could have made to air cleaner fit under the fiberglass nose, I would have

the radiator sits below the top of the motor, hence the radiator cap on top of the thermostat housing

Looks great. I bet folks are confused when they see that car and hear the sounds it makes.

Where is the battery? Behind the seats?

Been following this on the Sprite forum since you bought the car .  Any video of you misbehaving with the go pedal?

Any interior pictures?  Interested in seeing the footwells and trans tunnel.

Looks well done.  What's the final weight?

I've thought about doing something stupid and ripping the 13B out of mine and redesigning the middle front of the chassis until an LS V8 fits..   I've resisted but yours actually looks reasonably far back in the chassis.

Evil thoughts engaged.

equal to 345/50/15

I switched to drag radials for handling

anything is possible

in hindsight,  I wish it had a 302 ford

or a 4.3 V6

but it is what it is.

I gave to have a new Ford 9" rear made

the one in there is 33" wide with 3" of spacers on each side.

I need something 42"-45"

Bugeyes don't have trunks...well, I guess they do, they just don't open (no boot lid the Brits would say). I saw the bulkhead behind the seats so it seemed like that whole area was not enclosed. Makes sense that it is the fuel cell and battery.

Looking forward to more pics and some videos.
