As of today, we all know that photobucket instated a fee for those who want to incorporate any pictures uploaded to them in a different place , beyond the point of being an absurd fee, it made the internet and this forum mainly, lost a good wealth of information about the old builds and threads. But a fix has been found , a coder made a plugin for the browser(chrome or firefox) that allows you to see the embed pictures , without paying anything.

Here's the links: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/photobucket-embed-fix/naolkcpnnlofnnghnmfegnfnflicjjgj

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/photobucket-embedded-fix/

I hope that we can all benefit from this addon here, allowing new users to find old content to help their berkeleying adventures , and please leave a positive comment for the developer if you want, they done a nice job!

PS: if the mods want to move this post, or something else, you can do it, didn't know where to put it , this seemed of a greater relevance to this part of the grassroots motorsports forum

This has safely worked on my Chrome browser for desktop (Win10.)  Seems it does not improve picture viewing for Chrome on Android.

Does anyone know of a fix for viewing on Android?

So using this you can transfer them to another site?

In reply to 914Driver :

No, but you can see the pictures and determine which ones need to be transferred so you can update your threads.

I am mainly commenting so I can find this later. I renewed shortly before this whole debacle began, and as such, my pics are still viewable, but I know a revamp is in my future. I appreciate all the folks who do the legwork. My ignorance is astounding.

i believe firefox for android has a similar addon, and beyond that, it's a damn good browser, way better than chrome, mainly for sharing favorites and simultaneous reading...
