Exactly my thoughts, I just didn't know if gutting the son of a bitch would be worth while.
Doubt you'd lose that much weight gutting it. I think my m-roadster if a fat pig at 3k lbs stock, probably down into the 2800lb range after removing the majority of what I could. Would love to get it down to 2200lbs or so but that's almost impossible.
