When new, there's not much "meat" on Prius rear shoes but those look to be down to the bone.
Prius rear shoes are cheap. Since factory units last 200k miles, even super cheapo units should give you 50k miles which could be longer than you own the car.
Or, you possibly have a parts Prius. Just bring over some used drums and shoes over from that car to this one.

It's like you read my mind.

Delta threw the Red Triangle of Death code for Inverter pump failure. And of course it happened on the way North to pick up my daughter from college for a weekend visit.
I ignored it and kept pushing. It made it most of the way home and threw new error lights I'd never seen. And actually dropped out of gear and into neutral at one of the stop signs...... So we jumped out and pushed it through the intersection.
I cycled power and we were back in business. Of course ALL the warning ⚠️ lights were still on. But we made it.
So pump replacement time. Also the HID lights were fading a bit and it needed another polish.

And I'm trying out a new product to keep them clear a little longer:

Did you find that you had to take the headlight out to get to the pump, or was that just an excuse? I ask because my sister's pump died on her a month or so ago and she was able to do it with the headlight in place. I'm wondering if she wound up doing it on hard mode....

Cut to about the 4:30 mark of this video where he decides to remove the headlamp...
This pump can be bought as cheap as $30. Dorman makes an improved and slightly larger version for $100. OEM is $200.
Dealership charges $600 for labor. DIY takes about 1 hr, start to finish
After change the coolant should be bleed but that's just a clear hose from the front bleeder screw into the coolant bottle. Run the engine until the coolant runs bubble-free.

She definitely engaged Hard Mode.
A few 10mm fasteners and a couple push type clips and headlights are out. Note, just the top of bumper cover needs loosened/pulled back a bit. No need to completely remove it.
