Solid!
The light is all wrong in the booth, but I think I am going to like this color. Solid color, no flake. Just like Volvo would have done it.
The big deal is that it looks straight.

I don't use this lightly...
That is an amazing work of art.
Cool base, fantastic execution, good color.
Should make a phenomenal "forever" automobile.

Thank you for the kind words. But be warned, I tend to bore easily and things tend to escalate in my shop.
I suspect the swampier regions of my brain are already at work trying to come up with the next project that will leverage what we learned with the Molvo.
That looks excellent. You have fantastic taste in color.
I should use this as motivation to go out into the garage and work, even though it's 42 F out there.
Beautiful color.
I want a set of those wheels for my miata. They really dont lok right on the volvo though.
What wheels did you decide to go with?
And please provide details about reassembly with fresh paint. I always chip/scratch something and can hopefully learn from you how NOT to do that anymore.
In reply to Dusterbd13-michael :
Not the wheels that are going to be on the car. These are the plan.
Working on painted cars gives me hives. Sucks to be me right now.
Looks black until you put it next to black. I really like the color.
