Q45 has reclining heated rear seats and sunshades built in for every rear window. I need to higher a driver.

Holy crap. Do all Q's have this or do I need to look for a special option package?
I think the rear recline was part of the Premium trim level.
The '02 Q45 was one of the first (may be THE first) car sold in the US with a standard rear camera.
Edit: wiki agrees, THE first. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backup_camera
Nitrous arming switch, one flip and go WOT and I get a bonus 100hp. I'm not sure I have enough time to clean up everything with the Lexus, still need to get the seat and seat belt installed.

I believe rear reclining and heated seats were standard on 1990 750il's but to get the side window shades that was an extra option. Rear windshield shade was standard. My challenge car has a special surprise 'feature' leveraging the rear seat recline.

And I think Mercedes beat BMW by a few years with the 560SEL. Don't quote me on that, though.
Still need to install the seat and seat belt. I feel really behind. Only have 1/8 of the sound deadening out so far. Nitrous wiring is ungly but it works.
Almost done. Still need to install the seat belt, front bumper, finish work on the rear bumper, paint the interior, and a few other minor details. Early estimate looks like I will have taken out close to 700 lbs out of the car. Hoping to be ready to drive it onto the trailer at the end of the day Sunday.
$1892.18 Total budget spent.
Wow, nice work. Keep your fingers crossed that my car makes the journey to compete with you. . No trailer for me, I'm driving it 700 miles.
Got the seat installed, FINALLY. Just need to get some longer eyebolts for the seat belts and I am set. Along with some last minute clean up work but that could be done at the event. May stop by the Tail of the Dragon Wednesday to test it out.
I'm not sure if you guys will approve of my styling direction with the outside of the car. Examples of feedback I have received from my friends.
Chris, "I like it."
Josh, "Dude, top notch...so good."
Steve, "Oh, Yeah!"
Jon, "Love it"
Trent, "Awesome!"
Female responses.
Lauren, "It's so ugly."
Rhianna, "Ew... So LAME."
Lauren and Rhianna don't know what they're talking about. That thing is awesome. I can't wait to see it in person.
Don't worry, women just don't understand what race car means. Even if it did start out as a 90s Japanese luxobarge
I am in awe of the minimalism!
You have made what I originally wanted my Infiniti to be until I saw the car in person and realized how otherwise perfect it was. I could not bear to tear mine down to the level you have achieved.
So cool.
Styling direction of the exterior?
What has changed?
What wonders lie ahead?
I'm kicking myself for not keeping the HVAC controls. Everything would still work, thought I'd have time to remove everything.

That is all you are getting till I'm in Gainesville.
I'm now kicking myself for buying a Suzuki instead of an LS400 when I needed a different daily driver. Good night that sounds mean.
