How do we feel about a modern S10 chassis swap, using a Copart Colorado with the 4 or 5 cylinder Atlas and a nice lil turbo? I feel like I could do that for Challenge money with the right donor.

Id do a twin i beam ranger chassis. In tbeory, it could still look like a solid front axle street rod then. At least in my head.

Easy and pretty cheap to make an s10 chassis have very reasonable handling. Not a bad plan.

I will start a build thread when I actually start building this, but it will probably be about a year before I get to it. Until then here are some pictures as it landed. 

Priority wise, ahead of this project would be the Free Europa. And ahead of that is building a shop, roughly in this spot. Until then...

3 window instead of 5 but this is my god fathers (RIP) 1933 Chevy. The truck was almost new when this pic was taken. It's been my dream car since I was a little kid and I used to pretend to drive it in the garage. I vote for the old gasser look
