carpeted garage.. get out of here..
When I bought my current house both garages were carpeted. From the 70s. And the lower one had major water incursion issues due to a grade problem. "Yuck" doesn't cover it.
Absolutely dreaming with that price. A few grand more gets you a C6 Z06
