Could have been towed from down south

No, not way up there. Heck, I was hit directly and only 3.7 miles from the water and experienced no flooding, just rain water pushed past window seals.
Fair enough. I'm not good on where everything is in Florida. It's all a fatigued blur to me after Valdosta on almost every trip I've taken that way...
