Late car with backdated bumpers and engine. Underpriced by a little, but not a lot since it looks like it still has late ground clearance. Get hard top and rallycross it.
If it's really no rust as claimed that seems like a great deal. I notice there's mounting holes for a cargo rack on the trunk lid, and missing air filter / intake assembly.

I don't see how that could go wrong. Challenge car for the taking. Do nothing, hoon the thing and go home. Would owe me nothing at that point.
The lack of side trim makes me question the diligence of the last guy to paint the car.

No need to lift it further, it already has the factory lift for federal bumpers.
