Enable me.
It is not THAT big, how much room could it take up
In reply to maschinenbau :
If your both in Georgia does that mean you can get a title with his bill of sale?
If so even if it sits in your yard a few weeks and change your mind and want to get rid of it. with a title I am sure you would be able to resell if pretty quick.
I just found out for sure that I will not be up there till feb. 13. I have not contacted the seller yet; don't know if he got over for any more pictures.
When I get closer to that Sunday, (if still around) I hope to put eyes on it then.
New plan, trying to enable my usual Challenge teammate (who has never entered his own car) to buy it instead. If he gives up on it, he can sell it to me later.
I convinced my Dad to buy one, (1968?)
It was fun to drive, comfortable.
Met it's end when a guy in a Land Barge made a left turn right in front of us at a traffic light.
Very crashworthy!!

You spell Nocones wierdly.
My buddy and I are out. Just not enough space in our lives for this right now. I'm happy to help with logistics, but not sure how much use I'll be without a truck or trailer. I'm in downtown Atlanta about 75 miles away from the car.
What was the plan for a driveline on the challenge build? Seriously thinking about doing a Honda with a turbo swap in a classic RHD Mini my buddy has, but I don't speak Honda. At least around here, it is becoming increasingly more apparent that I need to learn Spanish before I can learn how to speak Honda. Seriously wish somebody could just tell me "go find xxx Honda parts car and you are good to go". All I want is 200hp with a mild amount of boost in something that is basically bullet proof. Is that too much to ask?

I think with one of the big honda K series 4 cylinders and minor external parts you can have that without boost.
Did this sell yet, or do I still need to spend mental energy dreaming about how to get it & build it?
If it's still around in February, when I can get up there, I can figure out one of several plans that have been percolating! I'm just hoping it hangs around!
Still going through Atlanta each weekend, but with no info, I can only assume it has changed owners. Anyone know who ended up with it?
My brother had a 1968. 1275cc with single SU carb, automatic you could shift, 12” wheels, floated along on the fluid suspension bags, top speed was 67 mph for mine.
