For $1,000 why wouldn't you?

I know nothing about them- especially parts availability.

I've also already got four cars and nowhere to put another at this time.

Wow.  A home for my 231 Buick. Too bad it's almost 1300 miles away.

Funny, my first thought was, I wonder if a 200" Ford would go in there?

Funny enough when we were in Carlisle this past weekend there was a guy there with an absolutely fabulous Manta.  Dark blue with black stripes.

I believe these to be among the most handsome small coupes of all time.

Did that with one when I was in high school! It had the Edelbrock Performer package with cam/ intake and a Holley 390 in front of a T-5.

I'm glad this one sold before I saw it.

In reply to jgrewe :

That's pretty much what I wanted to do to it. I have a short block from an 86 Grand National.  It blew a head gasket and the customer wanted the engine replaced.  I  left it on my engine stand for a couple of months and someone else, "liberated " the heads, so I took it home. Been looking for a good home for it ever since.
