Add a giant wing to the top of the cage & it would be perfect.
Seems criminal to list that with only one picture.
It likely has a Chapperal snowmobile engine in it.
Chapperal made snowmobiles, and minibikes and minicycles that I lusted after in my youth.
Not sure if they made mini buggy type things, but it is quite possible that they did. After all, someone had to.
The flip up roll bar is a nice touch.
