Has to be a scam, right? Or a 0 missing?
A "no title barn find" stuck in the dirt to the rims. For me in California, it being a '76 makes it less appealing since '75 is the cutoff for smog check. That could be a cool build for you all out there though. The level of rust could be a determining factor in price too. Roof/window frame rust is a non-starter for me.
