From the not-so-great pictures, the body looks much cleaner than most old Land Rovers.

The body always looks good because it's aluminium. It's the steel chassis that rusts like crazy and gets you in trouble :)

In reply to Keith Tanner :
And the bulkhead, which can be an even bigger headache.
Well, if you're doing the frame you'll have the bulkhead off anyhow :) But I don't know if there are replacement bulkheads available which is a problem. When I did my frame, I was lucky enough to get my hands on a perfect bulkhead for the price of helping someone move.

No replacement bulkheads. Just random patch panels.
So that hasn't changed in the past 18 years then. Seems an oversight!
If this wasn't on literally the other side of the country I would buy it. My wife and I want one badly

Could we figure out a GRM "bucket line"?
Tow it 3-4 hours per person
I'm no photography expert, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that none of those pictures are from Bradenton.
I live in Florida, and if you see hills in the background of a picture....you are probably not in Florida. However, enlarging the pictures, at least the first 2, I am not sure if those are hills or dunes.
