At that price, it's either a LOT worse than the pictures, or it won't last long at all. 
If it was closer, I might could get the "financial manager " to go look at it, but she ain't gonna approve a long distance buy.

I actually have a spot on the racks that is open, the trailer is full of RX7.

At $700, you can easily afford the Vermont sale taxes at NADA value  to get a title for it :-)
