1983 jag endurance racer, where's frenchy?

Spotted this on marketplace, need to race them head to head! $4,500

It has a Chevy 350 engine. So to Frenchy this car is subpar and a lump.

I always move straight on when I see a Jag with a smallblock.  Just seems wrong.

I don't know.  For it to have completed W2W like it has there is a lot of money in that engine.  It has to have a forged crank and pistons plus a dry sump system it in.  Well according to Frenchy.

You can drive a jag just fine with a jag engine.

And some people drive out enjoy them even more with a small block Chevy or LS. It isn't wrong. 

The ram horn exhaust manifolds make this swap oddly pleasing to my inner hot rodder. Just the fact that there are plenty of on track pictures (clearly at Blackhawk Farms Raceway) is testimony that the swap is better that the esthetics alone imply.
