EDIT: Change of situation. The Miata is now offered at a radical price reduction in this thread
As summer comes to an end and the Miata is heading back to the garage for the long winter, I have decided to put her up for sale. I've driven it hardly at all in the past number of years. It's ready to drive, just busy life keeps me from it. If I can get the long dollar, I'll let it go.
Please review the ad. All criticisms welcome. Help me with typos and poor grammar.
Better pictures added.

If i were local with $9k to spend on a Miata, that ad would have sold it to me. You'll get people commenting on the price but that's about where the market is right now if it is truly rust-free and ready to drive w/ spares etc.
Maybe we can try to get someone to invest in NAs and buy both yours and mine. I just jumped on the forum to bump my car back up. I'm getting ready to put it on CL and FB (well, my son will), but wanted to offer it here first for a better price than I'll ask the public.
Upgraded adjustable struts during my ownership but the car is lowered. It is factory ride height.
I think the first "is" should be an "isn't". Looks perfect otherwise. Drool-worthy car, good luck with the sale.
In reply to obsolete :
Thanks! Those are the kind of details I'm bad about.
In reply to John Welsh :
John, your ad is the model for what all Marketplace listings should look like. The only other item I would include is the production date code on those RE71s.
In reply to RustBeltSherpa :
Yeah, I left off the production date of the RE-71's because it is 1115. In my listings, I try to hold the motto/goal of to only speak positively about the car. You will notice that I mention the tires have less than 4k miles on them. but also notice the car has traveled less than 2k since 2018...
The Kuhmos that I store the car on for the winter have a production year of 2001. I don't really drive on those...much. But, boy, do they still have a ton of tread on them!
I think it should read "is hazed"
The rear window if hazed.
Wish I had and extra 9K laying around.
In reply to Aaron_King :
Again, my fingers don't always type what my mind wants them to. Thanks. Please share the listing with any other FB groups or places you might know. Thanks!
I added it to Ohio Miata Owners Group but if anyone is in a neighboring state's group, please share it to them.
Never thought I'd see the day
Beyond a beautiful car. I'm trying to think of and excuse to buy it.
I saw you've already lowered the price. I was looking at Miatas recently and I think you may be underpricing the car. Nice first gen cars are becoming a rare commodity. I would remove the ad and reprice it at $10k.
Also, unless I missed it, I didn't see any discussion of any rust it may have or lack thereof. In the pictures those rockers look really clean as do the rear quarters.
Since most of them are eaten up with corrosion it's a gigantic selling feature if yours isn't.
Beautiful car btw.
PS: If I've ever seen a great candidate for Bring A Trailer, this is it.
I've knocked down the price again. Last week of summer around here! But, Sept is probably the best month for driving this car. Daytime temps in the 70's and a sun that is not so beating hot.
Pricing for this is all a guess. I'm working my plan which was to come out high and reduce as time drags on.
Adding some more pictures here. We'll call them "before" pictures.
