I bought the "perfectly running car" with 223k on it and made it a whole 40 miles before I discovered the head gasket was blown..... At that point, I just decided to swap the motor instead of fixing it. It now has a LNC motor, transmission, and LSD diff with 136k. I've put 3k on it since the sway and decided that even though I thought I wanted an NA to commute with (200 highway miles a day), I really dont..... I 226k currently and rising. C-package (ac, cruise, power windows, LSD diff, power mirrors, cd player). Comes with stock wheels instead of the wheels shown.
Good:
Rust free
New soft top (no leaks)
Supension bushing, shocks replaced 25k ago (stock)
Interior in great shape (with the exception of the drivers seat)
Motor, transmission and diff (working LSD) have 136k
Everything works perfectly
Never been wrecked, all panels are original
New radiator
New water pump, timing belt
Ansa exhaust
Bad: Needs to be painted, the clear coat is bubbling in several areas and missing in some. It looks better in the pictures.....
