HIGHLIGHTS:

Conservatively upgraded; adult owned; in super clean condition; has never seen snow. Low mileage @ 60,9xx. A weekend toy ready for cruising mountain roads or track days.

OVERVIEW:

I bought this car out of college in 1998 with the intention of modifying it. I sold it to my parents a year later in 1999 as a mostly stock vehicle with less than 30k miles because I started a new job that provided me with a company car. My parents gave it to me as a gift 10 years later with about 52k miles, and since then, have added many performance upgrades to make it fun on the track. The car has been meticulously maintained by my parents and by me, and includes a file full of receipts. This car is extremely clean and just a few more select modifications would make it a very fast car for the right person. Given the low mileage, extensive maintenance, and carefully installed upgrades, this car is the ideal candidate for a high horsepower turbo system and associated upgrades. If the car doesn't sell by Thanksgiving, I may boost it and just keep it in the family.

*Rear window zipper needs to be replaced

Price is based on comparable cars found nationwide, the quality of the aftermarket parts and the maintenance that has been performed, and the extensive records available. I do not need to nor do I really want to sell, but if the right buyer comes along then we can make a deal. I might be interested in a trade for a 2003-2005 Miata, Mazdaspeed Miata, or Boxster S + cash.

Might want to add a link to your actual Cars dot com add rather than just to the main page.

Good luck, sounds nice.

Would you consider trading this car for a motorcycle of equal value? Thanks

In reply to cchs79: would consider a vintage BMW airhead but prolly just going to stick with four wheels for now.
