trans fluid change, cabin air filter, Interstate battery, fuel filter, spark plugs, rear brake lines, k&n air filter drop in, Mike D stage 1 ecu tune- http://mikedtuning.com/, rear brake caliper, oil cooler replaced with a good used one, AC compressor swapped with a good one and system blows cold, Sachs rear shocks (rear shock towers in good shape), poly rear sway bar bushings, front brake pads & rotors, replaced turbo vacuum lines, added aero skirts and seats, and catback exhaust (passed emissions recently).
The previous owner did this work in 2013 & 2014: replaced fuel pump, ball joints, both idler pulleys, driver belt, water pump, thermostat.
New right rear brake caliper and rear brake pads installed on 6/8/15.
The car averages about 27-28 mpg in mixed driving and gets close to 35 mpg all highway. The car pulls strongly with the tune and is a excellent highway car. Surprising cargo room with rear seats folded forward. All 1998 cars comes loaded with options.
