Yet another "cheap" 911.....

This one has a few problems but at least the body looks decent.

Kind of bizarre how clean the engine bay, frunk and exterior are, but how bad the seats and interior are. How is it possible to do that to seats?! And I guess "position" rings = piston rings?

In reply to ManhattanM (fka NY535iManual):

I googled it. There's a cam position sensor o-ring. Wonder if that's what he's talking about... (Edit) I just read the ad again. That reads like it should say piston rings. That makes the $5000 asking price not so cheap.

Regarding the seats: I'm guessing he let a badger live in there or something. They're ROUGH!

At least the interior is nice.

If the engine wasn't bad, I'd be trying to buy it. I could take the interior from my c2 coupe and make the coupe a track car.

Looks like the dash was shredded too. Kept the pet raccoon inside? Seems like at 5k it's an ok buy as a parts car

From the careful use of ductape in the leather seats you can tell this car was properly maintained.

Yeah but engines are only $5-6 grand. If you can R&R yourself it's not a bad deal.

Sparco's fit nicely- those seats - wtf?!

Still made sure to get the nice vacuum lines in the door carpet.
