Compared to what you see here with an LS/LQ and a T56, that's a fantastic price. Equivalent vehicle here would be an easy 7-9k

Me too. 

Seems odd that he went through the trouble of doing the engine swap but never finished it. Makes me wonder if he encountered a problem.

It will start snowing in MN this weekend.  It's the time to start buying cars liek this.. Show up with cash and a trailer and people make deals because they don't have to store them
