I am selling my TJ to make room for an LJ. Details are in the ad but quick hitters are 4.0L with 5 speed gearbox. New Bestop soft top with half doors. 1" body lift. Cooling system recently overhauled. Definitely cleaner Jeeps out there in terms of rust but I've also seen much worse.

No love for a good ol' TJ? Too high asking for real interest?

I don't know about the price - how does it compare to KBB?

I have no real Jeep knowledge to contextualize your price, so take this with a grain of salt - I was taken aback when I checked your ad.  CarGurus shows me 1-owner clean-titled 4wd Wranglers 10-15 years newer with similar mileage for <= money.

FWIW, here in the desert Southwest, asking prices are all over the place, but similar year/mileage, stockish Wranglers can be had for under $10k.  With no rust.

Thanks for the input. I can appreciate the sticker shock even though it's just an asking price. Obviously I feel the maintenance within the past year adds value, and that TJ buyers are not necessarily the same buyers looking for later model Wranglers, but I can see all your points.

Anyway if anyone on here is interested don't hesitate to reach out, I am flexible and reasonable.
