2007 Ridgeline (trans slips) 177k $2500 obo?

177k. Runs great, starts immediately, no engine light. Engine was replaced a few years ago, trans started slipping and mom's friend wants to sell and save up for a tacoma so I'm facilitating finding it a home. 
 

Bob did construction for years so it's dirty inside. It has rocker rust and rust over RR wheel. It drives and stops but when warmed up the transmission starts slipping. Tires have lots of tread left but are dated 45/15 so they're getting old. Trailer hitch and wiring.
 

I can't find any under $8900 local with more miles but they're nicer overall. Found a transmission for $450 at a local yard but I don't really feel like doing that in the winter. 
 

not listing anywhere but here yet, because non grm people suck to deal with. $2500 obo? If I'm way off base hit me with an offer. I'm feeling like it's a $5k truck with a junkyard transmission and interior scrub. 
 

Update: 

after considering the condition of everything (interior and rust) and determining yes it needs a transmission, $1250 firm is the grm price before I attempt to dump it on FB or CL (or maybe ebay it worked for the hummer). The engine runs excellent, the brakes suck - rusty pitted rotors. I may part it out if someone wants the engine or if I decide to find a 2wd transmission from an odyssey and use the J35 in my sand rail.
