Asking $10500 on CL would go to $9950 for GRM'er. That is $300 over clean NADA Trade Value (accounting for mileage and manual trans deducts) and easily books out for a bank to do a sign-and-drive loan.
Car has the room of a small SUV, including a huge backseat legroom-wise. I am 6"6" and can sit behind myself. It handles well--even makes a decent HS autocrosser.
