Also, that is surprisingly well done. I want to see the interior.
But $125k? For a FWD Cougar???
Yeah... for that kind of investment, I don't get why they didn't do a RWD conversion with at least a V8.
The interior is both hideous and hilarious. Why would you do all of that and leave the back seat in it?!?
How is a person supposed to feel about owning that thing?
Look how cool i am, i have a fake veyron?
im super cool, i spent 125k on a crummy “stalk” automatic cougar?
I have a car that looks amazing but is actually the opposite?
For 125k im thinking a person could have a much more impressive ride, one that would perform too. I bet it rides not so well. All the extra weight, whatever they did to widen the stance, meh.
Either way, unless the pictures are very misleading, the paint and body work look quite impressive. Looks cool.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa the Cougar is not crummy! It's a finely tuned automobile based on the Mondeo platform. Granted it's no Veyron, but if this thing had a 3.0 swap, maybe a turbo and a manual gearbox, it would be kinda awesome and fun.
Still though, I sure as heck wouldn't pay 125 grand for it.
The styling work is pretty darn impressive. I'm sure it's about 25% smaller than the real thing, but it looks right in the pictures. I applaud the execution.
The base car and what powers it are of zero consequence to anyone who wants this car. It has to look like a Veyron and be driveable, and it appears to meet both those criteria.

I guess i meant crummy like “plain” compared to the veyron its impersonating. They seemed like decent cars but didnt seem to catch on. Knew a kid from boston who got one new. A “coogahh”.
In reply to TJL :
Heh, that's fair.
I'm mostly amazed that aside from the engine, I can't see any parts that look Cougar-ish. If you told me it was a real Veyron with a FWD V6 swapped in for E36 M3s and giggles, I might believe it.
That is a well done replica but to me the Veyron is ugly and it's the performance that makes them lust worthy. So, from my perspective they've replicated the undesirable part. On the other hand I'm having a really annoying day so I may just be cranky.

Something’s odd with that photo, the rotor isn’t centered in the wheel either.
Maybe the wheel is turned creating an illusion of it being off center

Do you think those are the real brakes, or a fake cover or something? They seem bigger than the rotors should be on a Cougar.

I bet the car has 7” wheel spacers installed, making the scrub radius simply epic, throwing the center of the wheel way forward or rearward.
