2017 VW e-Golf SE. Roughly 81k miles. Black on black cloth. Full electric. Rated at 125 mile range. Very clean. We purchased it for my daughter about 2 years back but she is interested in colleges that are farther away than originally expected so we bought her a Wrangler.
This is one of my favorite cars I've ever owned. It's insanely efficient, drives like a real German car and is incredibly well put together. It's like a heavier GTI with instant torque that propels it from 0-40 pretty quickly. It "feels" faster than it is and every time I drive it I laugh to myself about just how good it is. 0 accidents, we are the second owners. I bought it 2 years ago from a VW dealer as a CPO vehicle and at that time it showed as a nearly new car. Non smoker. Heated seats, heated windshield, sat radio. Keyless entry and push button start.
All the brakes have been done in last 20k miles. Tires are fantastic. The body is very clean with minor chips and scratches expected with 80k+ miles. Ceramic tint.
Asking $9200. This is something of a "preview" as I'll be listing it elsewhere later in March. I know there is a lot of electric car interest so I figured I would share it here first. In the photos it hasn't been washed. It will be cleaned in and out for the new owner prior to pickup and will be fully charged. We have a loan on it with VW credit. We can work that out or I plan to pay the car off at the end of the month anyway.
Feel free to contact me with any questions and you will receive honest answers. Located in Central CT. Thank you.

These are really cool. I just wish they had a little bit more range. About once a week I have a commute that's ~135 miles round trip, and no charger at work. Add in Michigan cold weather range concerns and it just doesn't quite fit the bill conveniently.
You know, I kind of forgot VW made an EV Golf. Thank you for the reminder.
This would make a really awesome second car for around-the-town errands.

It is really amazing to drive. I wish I could justify keeping it as a spare vehicle. The ride and handling are absolutely fantastic, it's quiet, and the interior quality is really high. Add in the battery weight down low in the chassis and it is a car that makes me happy every time I see it.
Since kid #1 isn't going to drive it and my wife and I already have many other rides, this one needs to find a new home. Perfect for someone commuting 40 miles each way or less (or someone with free charging at work).
Bump. Dropping the price to $8800. Absolutely fantastic car in beautiful shape.
Darn. That's a great price for a good little car. I'd love the 50% increase in range that this has from my 2016 e-Golf. But I'm not in a position to upgrade right now, and it would be a long drive to central Michigan from Connecticut ~100 miles at a time.
For anyone on the fence about this car, they make great everyday vehicles, yet still have the ability to fast charge on the road to stretch the range from home a little further. They behave like a normal Golf that just happens to have an electric drivetrain, including three-wheeling around corners.

Thanks Sean! It ranks as one of my favorite vehicles to drive and is so fun.
Hi all! One final price drop for GRM members before I put it on Autotrader. I sent the payoff today so I expect title in hand in the next couple of weeks.
$8500 to a GRM'er. Clean 2 owner history, fully serviced and I'll have it clean and fully charged for the new owner.
Thank you!
