Ah, just what one needs. The literal hole in the water.
How big of a project that is depends largely on how long it's been out of the water. I've brought countless snowmobiles and ATVs and a half dozen pickup trucks back to life after they've been submerged. If you get to them within a few hours of extraction it's largely disassemble, dry and reassemble. If it's been much longer than say 24 hours corrosion and mold starts to be a real problem.
If it was local it would make an awesome play house for the kids.
