Had to legitimately LOL at your response. Nearly my exact mental checklist.
Also.. I live close by and can store maybe a little if someone wanted to fly and drive.. not that I am enabling.
Shifter is a bit odd. Not sure what it is from. Looking at the engine, it does have Vortec heads, which means someone spent some cash to get that expensive intake to make a TPI work with Vortec heads. Why on a 305 though? Swap a 350 short block and it would be a fun driver. Price is pretty good if it isn't rusty.

3rd gen F-body T5s have a shifter that is clocked over towards the driver’s side a bit, IIRC.

probably used the 305 simply because its what they had. 350's omly came with automatics and the T5 won't handle the tourqe with out a big bucket of upgrades. This is a cool build!
