It really does, it's a bummer.
We're missing titles for a bunch of cars and found titles for cars we've never seen. Definition of a mess.
Willing to negotiate as well.

Hasn't been registered since 1980...
It's no longer in the WA DMV system.

There's a way to file for a new title for it through a WSP inspection. It's honestly largely worthless without a title now that all the loophole states are closed.
That model T-bird just has the right amount of Rocket Ship to make it a classic forever :)
