Cheap! I'd look if it were closer to me. I chuckled at the "runs (kinda) and drives". It's got no steering wheel-that might make the drives portion of that statement more difficult.

Just needs a couple of Vise-Grips from Harbor Freight to steer.
Could recoup a good amount on the wheels with the right buyer. There's people out there that love 3 spoke wheels

It's on F B. "Runs great and drives good"doesn't mean what it used to, or what the words means.
It apparently means "runs great (can't be started due to "moter" missing parts) and drives (must be towed do to no breaks, and transmission don't change gears"
