About $12K into it, apparently too old for consideration by most and not old enough to be interesting to the rest.
I originally chose it as the newest truck I could get with no factory computers or CATS to deal with.
I have three other trucks I would rather finish and drive now.
OK, last try before I just pull the engine for my El Camino and sell the roller.
$5K and drive it away with a clean NV title in my name.
Not a good fit for CA or urban NV as it will not pass the SMOG Check visual.
No air pump or plumbing, built for maximum mileage, with headers, NV4500 overdrive, non original FiTech fuel injection which I have sorted out and now works very well. If you know how to "Tune" it still has room for improvement.
Just did 940 miles to San Diego and back to fetch Lotus parts.
Speedo not working* but mileage was good despite all the mountain and LA basin "Freeway" crawling.
Yes it needs the rear brakes done (All parts are included) and some window/door seals installed (Parts are included), the dash put back (New surround included) but the heavy lifting has been done.
Six very recent tires, seat is as new under the cover.
