License plate doesn’t look like a Missouri plate (unless it has a red frame) or a Kansas plate.

Probably a scam. Housing looks right for Missouri, But no trees that mature in that neighborhood.

Either that or they are using a different address than their own neighborhood.

Grass is green in the pic, leaves on the ground. Pics probably taken in the fall. Nebraska plate. Nebraska is an adjoining state. Possiblity they moved from Nebraska to KC and used old pics. 

Guess it doesn't matter, "posting deleted by author". 

Because of the cost of titling out of state vehicles we get people moving to Florida then trying to sell their old vehicle once they find out.
