I think its one of those cars that you  just pick a number out of the sky and hope someone loves it , 

its on a vw chassis  with 4 bolt wheels ,  I wonder what gearbox it has ?

It looks like something we would have built in the 1980s where we had a couple vw pick-ups with 911 motors.....

BUT...  a reasonable engine that makes more than 45 HP ... 

yes... a gutless VW mill would at  least keep the poor sap driving this from going fast enough to cripple himself... 

so yes, a Porsche mill makes it weirder...
