Absolutely not.  As far as I know, that thing entered one event and DNF'd almost immediately- maybe it could be fast but it certainly hasn't been proven in competition.  It's probably also only NASA legal (removable roof) so there are barely any rallies it's legal for.

I knew a dude who rallied an X 1/9.  the question to ask is.. If you roll it, wil you have enough room to get out those windows with a helmet on.

Let's put it this way. Do you want this 914?

Or, do you want to wait about a year and snag a mid engine Corvette for about the same coin?

Or, buy your vette now with financing and keep your cash.

If it is a real factory rally car it will go to Europe where the historic rally series makes it valuable. They don't have the excessive safety rules there.
