That's cheaper than comparable Yugos I've seen recently.
What makes him think it's the only one? Because it has a decal on the back?

It may be the only yugo, that made it into the us without the yugo badges. Still a yugo.

My guess is that it's a grey import Zastava, which of course was the company that made Yugos back in Yugoslavia.
