Don't know much about BMW bikes, but maybe a bump will help get the attention of someone who's shopping.
I suspect that's pretty much a parts bike, if that. K100RSs aren't that sought after (other than by muppets like myself and some cafe racer people) and they're comparatively expensive to fix. Engine not turning over likely turns it into a boat anchor, and it's not like the bike is pristine otherwise.

Being a SE hillbilly at my core, I'm not familiar with the muppet term (I assume Brit slang?) but they are a thing for me as well. Hard sell to citizens.
'Course asking price for the bits off it , are super high, sometimes, but ya don't rush, deals can be had.
