No title? How the hell do you not have a title on something that new?
Did not click the link, but I imagine that for some folks the title had a lien along the way, and so they can't sell it with any paperwork. I've seen a few go that way (sometimes called out, sometimes not) in Metro Detroit. Sketchy stuff.
Title pawn, unpaid original loan, borrowed car from someone that owed them money, etc...
