interesting flares for sure! They look like they may have been well done at some point. Also, the wheels may be desirable to some folks.
Unfortunately the rust issues probably go a bit further than the photos show, but this would be a parts car that would be pretty easy to zero out if you sold a few things and wanted to use the rest.
