I've always wanted a Triumph hard tail... but I want a bobber, not a chopper. But I could turn this into the bike I want in one weekend.
I'd lose the long springer front, tank and seat.
I'd go with a normal disc brake front, no fender, low (or flat) bars, fat bob tanks and a brown leather solo springer seat.
Straight piped vintage Triumphs sound way better than straight piped Harleys.
Sketchy as frig to ride and a turning radius so big that it should have coast guard numbers.
You could probably put the engine in a real motorcycle and sell teh rest to cover your costs.
