That looks like a FSAE car.   Based on location I'm betting it's a old Perdue car from 1995-2000.  Looks very similar in deisgn to what was popular at that time from a chassis layout.

That looks like a '70-'73 Fiat 124 roadster. Those bumpers go for at least a grand in the Fiat 124 community that want to back-date their '74+ roadsters.

I agree on the FSAE car, but that'd only be 20-25 years ago.  Rest of the house and everything looks too old-person to be an FSAE member from that era unless it was an advisor or something.

I didn't see an El Camino, though.
