It really, really pains me to do this, but it has to happen. Life has gotten in the way, and I could really use to thin down the herd as I just don't have the will or budget to complete this anytime soon.

I THINK that's all for the parts. I also have an OEM Service manual and wiring guide for reference materials that will be included with the car.
Now, as far as what needs to be done:
Brake lines, Windshield (have Exomotive mount), Bodywork, Radiator mounted, Lights, Wiring
So, as you can see...it's really close.
Now, lets talk wiring because I did make a post about it. I took the car to Coyote Motors as they came highly recommended by the local Miata community. I asked them to pare down the OEM harness to just the bare essentials to get the car running as I didn't want to do the work myself. I picked it up and put the car away for two months as I was in the process of buying a house/moving. When I got back to work on it, I found that the job was only so-so in quality. What I mean by that is - they did a good job of stripping out unneeded wiring. They did an OK job of getting the harness in the car. They didn't do a a good job of planning ahead for grounding points/routing/etc and they didn't label all of the connections they snipped, so there's a decent amount of cut wire that isn't labeled.
It could be as simple as wrapping the ends in electrical tape and grounding the car (it did turn over when I got it back from them, so I know it's 90% done at a minimum) or it could be more involved tracing a few accidentally cut connections. That's the biggest downside to my car, but even with that, I know it turned over as-is so I can't imagine it's a lot of work.
My intention was to do an Ecotec swap as there are standalone harnesses available. The engine in the car ran great when it was wrecked (I drove it after the accident) but the simplicity of the Ecotec swap was appealing to me. YMMV
If you have questions, ask away. I can tell you every single thing about this car and it's current status. It's the perfect way to get into an almost finished Exocet without the wait and without spending dozens of hours assembling. Just put the finishing touches on and have a street legal go-kart.
Willing to consider removing some of the more generic parts (wheels, seats, etc) for a lower cost.
Setting the asking price at SOLD based on other recent ads and what other running/driving ones have sold for. Happy to consider offers and partial trades.
Pictures are from various points in the build. First is at it's current status. I have a build thread on the Exocet forum as well. Car is located in Denver, CO.
