Looks old enough to register with just a bill of sale? Not sure that applies to commercial vehicles and won't work if it's stolen though. If nothing else that's a lot of sheet metal

My buddy has his tire machines in one that he got for free (just had to haul a non running box truck out of a yard). Set just the box from the truck up on blocks next to his tube frame shop (the carport style construction) and cut a door into the side of each as a pass through. Can roll up the back door of the truck box and toss the spent tires into the backyard. Scrapped the truck cab/frame and pulled the engine and trans (which ended up at my house, as yard ornaments for a while), so he ended up with a "tire room" and a few bucks in his pocket.
