Were bungee knot locks an option in '69? Pictures look kind of legit. Brake line sounds like one would be shoveling cash at it.
The strange part is if you look at the other stuff listed for sale, the photos are in the same place. With the hood cracked, and the trunk tied down, could just be a non running project car? Still seems cheap.

A roller with any issues plummets in price. These are insanely expensive to get straight. Great cars, but, wow $$$$
