I like those wheels on it. Is the transaxle hooked up? It looks like it might be. From my experience that xmission was the weak part.

"no idea if it runs" means "I know it doesn't run and it's probably bad but my midwestern nice is willing to not crush your hopes and dreams"
I wonder what he had in mind for a windshield? Chop the top first and then find out there is no glass to fit!
