I know y'all could come up with evil things to do to this.
Cute, but I'd guess that much like the Nissan S-Cargo, it designed and geared for use as a city delivery truck and would not be happy on typical US roads.

That doesn't mention anything about its import status. I love it and want a truck version bad but need it to be legal and about a quarter of that cost.
