I can see that's a Freestyle or Taurus X, but can't tell much more. Depending on year, mileage, etc...it probably is a total loss. Push your carrier to get the appraisal done and the valuation report done. Let me know if you get stuck. They should be able to move rather quickly.

Unfortunately no, but it's a pretty easy add on.

Funny there is an 08 Freestyle in the same color at work, they have a very similar shape.
