Nice, unusual color for an XJR. Depending on the amount of rust underneath this one. That's probably a really solid deal.
Unusual that the transmission was a problem. These have the Mercedes trans that's nearly indestructible. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this and swap in a junkyard tranny. Looks good in the pics. (I also appreciate an owner that continues to keep their car inside, despite listing it for sale. )

The transmission leak could be the o-ring on the electrical fitting. It's a common problem on these transmissions, easy-ish to fix (a few hours at most but it's in a fairly tight spot IIRC) and fairly cheap. Here's a how-to: 722.6 connector fix
Of course, since it will only go in reverse, maybe there's a bigger problem.
