I stumbled upon this. I can't tell you the last time I saw one of these running around here in the rust belt. Its been even longer since I've seen a manual trans wagon version. By Cleveland standards it looks to be clean and "rust free."
Is $4,500 too much? In a world where just about any "driver" sells for $4k maybe not if you want something high on simplicity and high on utility while still being "fun." Being 26 years old it does qualify for Ohio Historic license plates.
